Copyright and Content Policy

Libra24 respects intellectual property rights and only sells digital books that we are authorized to distribute.

Licensed content

Books published on Libra24 are made available through written agreements with authors, publishers, or authorized rights holders. These agreements allow Libra24 to sell and distribute the books in digital format.

Content review

Authors and publishers may submit books for review. However, books are not automatically published. Every submitted book is reviewed and approved by the Libra24 staff before being listed for sale.

Prohibited content

Libra24 does not allow adult content, illegal content, gambling-related content, unauthorized copyrighted material, pirated books, counterfeit works, or content that violates the rights of third parties.

We also do not allow books that provide regulated medical, financial, cryptocurrency, gambling, or other high-risk advice where such content may require special licensing or approval.

Copyright protection

To protect authors and publishers, Libra24 may apply digital watermarking to PDF files. The watermark may include the customer’s name and email address.

Reporting copyright concerns

If you believe that any content on Libra24 infringes your copyright or intellectual property rights, please contact us immediately at info@libra24.al.

Please include your name, contact information, the title or URL of the content, proof of ownership or authorization, and a description of the issue. We will review the report and take appropriate action.
