These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of Libra24, a digital book platform operated by One or Zero Inc.

1. Our service

Libra24 sells licensed digital books in PDF and EPUB formats. We do not sell or ship physical books.

2. Product information

Each product page shows the available digital format before purchase. Customers are responsible for checking the product details, format, and compatibility before completing an order.

3. Orders and payment

Customers may purchase ebooks online through our website. Payments are securely processed by Stripe. Customers may see “One or Zero Inc.” on their card or bank statement.

4. Digital delivery

After a successful payment, the purchased ebook is delivered digitally. The customer receives access to download the file, and a download link may also be sent by email.

5. Customer account

Customers may purchase ebooks without creating an account. If an account is created, the customer may be able to access previous purchases through the account area.

6. Refunds

Because ebooks are digital products, refunds are limited. A customer may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase if the ebook has not been downloaded. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

7. Copyright and permitted use

Purchased ebooks are for personal use only. Customers may not copy, resell, share, upload, distribute, modify, or publicly display purchased ebooks without permission from the rights holder.

8. Digital watermark

PDF files may include a digital watermark with customer information such as name and email address. This watermark is used to protect copyrighted content and discourage unauthorized sharing.

9. Author and publisher content

Authors and publishers may submit books for review. Libra24 reviews and approves content before publication. We reserve the right to reject or remove content that violates our policies, infringes third-party rights, or is not suitable for our platform.

10. Prohibited activity

Customers may not use Libra24 for illegal activity, fraud, copyright infringement, unauthorized distribution, abuse of the website, or any activity that may harm Libra24, authors, publishers, or other users.
