Refund Policy

Libra24 sells digital books in PDF and EPUB formats. Because digital products are delivered electronically and can be accessed immediately after purchase, refunds are limited.

Refund eligibility

A customer may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase if the ebook has not been downloaded.

Refunds may also be considered in the following cases:

  • The customer made a duplicate purchase by mistake.
  • The wrong digital file was delivered.
  • The download link did not work and our support team could not resolve the issue.
  • The file was technically inaccessible or corrupted.

Non-refundable cases

Once an ebook has been downloaded, the purchase is generally non-refundable, except where required by law or where there is a confirmed technical delivery issue.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, customers must contact us at info@libra24.al within 24 hours of purchase. The request should include the order number, customer email address, and reason for the refund request.

Refund processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear depends on the customer’s bank or card issuer.
