Digital Delivery Policy

Libra24 sells digital products only. We do not sell or ship physical books.

Product formats

Books on Libra24 are available in PDF and/or EPUB format. The available format is shown clearly on each product page before purchase.

Delivery method

After a successful payment, the purchased ebook becomes available for download. A download link is also sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Delivery time

Digital delivery is usually instant after payment confirmation. In rare cases, delivery may be delayed due to payment verification, email delivery issues, or technical problems.

Customer account

Customers may purchase ebooks without creating an account. If a customer creates an account, purchased ebooks may also be available inside the customer account area.

Download access

Unless otherwise stated, purchased ebooks do not have a fixed download expiration date. Customers may download their purchased ebook again when needed.

Technical issues

If a customer does not receive the download link or cannot access the purchased ebook, they should contact us at info@libra24.al. We will help resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Digital watermark

To protect copyrighted content, PDF files may include a digital watermark with customer information such as name and email address. This helps prevent unauthorized sharing and protects the rights of authors and publishers.
